We offer two convenient delivery methods across Oman. Choose the one that suits you best at checkout:

Free shipping above 50.000 OMR applies to courier office pickup only. Home delivery is always 2.000 OMR regardless of order value. Both options cover all governorates across Oman at the same flat rate.

Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is placed and confirmed, here is what to expect:
- Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase
- Delivery time after handover depends on your location and the courier schedule
- Muscat orders are typically faster than orders to other governorates
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or high demand periods

The courier assigned to your order is determined by us based on your location. You do not need to choose a courier — the shipping rate remains the same regardless of which courier handles your delivery.

Courier Office Pickup — How It Works
If you selected courier office pickup at checkout, here is what happens:
- Your order is delivered to the courier office nearest to your location
- You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message directly from the courier when your order arrives at the office
- Simply visit the office with your ID and collect your order at your convenience
- Please collect your order promptly — uncollected orders may be returned to us after the courier holding period
⚠️ Uncollected Orders
If an order is not collected within the courier holding period and is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply. Please ensure you collect your order promptly after receiving the pickup notification.

Order Tracking
Currently we do not offer live real-time order tracking on our website. However you will be kept informed throughout the delivery process:
- You will receive a WhatsApp confirmation from ProteinX once your order is dispatched
- The courier will contact you directly via SMS or WhatsApp with delivery or pickup updates
- For any delivery enquiries you can contact us on WhatsApp and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf

Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout — we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
- ProteinX is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or public holidays
- All orders are subject to availability — you will be notified if an item is out of stock after placing your order
- We currently deliver within Oman only
