Return & Refund Policy

At ProteinX, we’re committed to making sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


 Return Period

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be sealed, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.


 Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products purchased during clearance or “final sale” offers

  • Freebies, gift cards, or promotional items

  • Perishable goods


 Refund Process

  • Please make sure to include your order number when requesting a return, refund or exchange. Without the order number or any
    proof of purchase, the refund might not be possible.
  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake on your order.


 Exchanges

  • Got the wrong product or a damaged item? We’ll replace it free of charge.


 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
